How a SystemFabric engagement runs
From first call to findings brief — the practical shape of working with us inside an appointment-led business.
Appointment businesses cannot pause the diary for a consulting project. This page explains how we fit around live bookings so observation stays useful and staff are not ambushed.
1. Discovery call
A short conversation about practice type, diary density, and the moments that already worry you. We say clearly if we are not the right fit — for example if you mainly need clinical supervision or interior design.
2. Written confirmation
You receive scope, dates, fees, and what we need from your host. Observation days are chosen to reflect ordinary pressure, not a curated quiet morning.
3. On-site presence
Consultants arrive as guests. We introduce ourselves to reception, stay out of treatment rooms unless invited, and never photograph clients. If a day becomes clinically sensitive, we step back and reschedule unused hours.
4. Working session
While details are fresh, we walk leadership through what we saw — booking gaps, waiting-room signals, checkout drift — and pressure-test which changes are realistic this month.
5. Brief & follow-through
Audits close with a written brief. Workshops close with an action sheet. Coaching and programmes continue on an agreed cadence. You always own the decisions inside your practice.
