Pricing below is guidance for planning. It is not a checkout, and nothing is charged until we send a written confirmation after your discovery call.

Two observation days, working session, and written brief for a single practice site.
Appointment Journey Workshop
Half-day facilitation for up to eight people, plus a one-page action sheet.
Front-Desk Experience Coaching
Four coaching sessions across six weeks for reception and booking roles.
Rebooking & Retention Programme
Twelve-week engagement with on-site and remote check-ins. Scoped to diary volume.
What changes an estimate
- Number of sites and whether diaries share one reception
- Whether observation must cover evenings or Saturdays
- Travel and overnight stays outside our usual Kinlochan–central Scotland corridor
- Whether you need materials adapted for bilingual client communication
Deposits & timing
Audits and programmes usually ask for a 30% booking deposit to hold observation dates. Workshops are payable on confirmation. See our refunds & cancellations page for how deposits and rescheduling work.
