  • Technical data — limited server logs and, if you accept analytics cookies, page-view information as described in our Cookies page

We do not seek special-category health details through the website form. Please avoid including sensitive clinical information about clients in enquiry messages.

Purposes and lawful bases

  • Responding to enquiries and scheduling discovery calls — legitimate interests / steps prior to a contract
  • Delivering agreed consulting work — contract
  • Improving site clarity using aggregated analytics (only if accepted) — consent
  • Meeting legal accounting or compliance duties — legal obligation

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or legal obligation. Engagement files follow the retention period stated in your written confirmation. Analytics data follows the cookie durations listed on the Cookies page.

Sharing

We use service providers who support email, hosting, or (if enabled) analytics. They process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data if required by law.

International transfers

If a provider stores data outside the United Kingdom, we use appropriate safeguards such as UK-approved contractual clauses where required.
